Role Description

  • Assist in managing all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Prepare and distribute tender documents, manage bids, and assist in contract award processes.
  • Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and financial logs.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports to ensure timely completion within scope and cost.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits, document meetings, and support communication across project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with sustainability standards and LEED documentation when applicable.
  • Support software implementation and data management for improved project tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Strong Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a landscaping or construction industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
