The Position – Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

As part of our turf maintenance crew, you'll be responsible for keeping properties looking their best through regular, hands-on landscape care. You'll work under the guidance of a Crew Lead, performing a variety of physical tasks on high-end properties in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Your Daily Duties Will Include:

  • Mowing, trimming, and edging turf areas
  • Blowing and clearing debris from sidewalks, beds, and turf
  • Turf cleanups, fertilizing, aerating, and other seasonal tasks
  • Loading and unloading tools, keeping equipment clean and sharp
  • Maintaining a clean, organized worksite
  • Following directions from your Crew Lead and supporting your teammates
  • Adhering to all company safety and quality standards

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Prior experience in landscape or turf maintenance is an asset
  • Comfortable using trimmers, blowers, mowers, and other power tools
  • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting and long days outdoors
  • Reliable transportation to our yard (no public transit access available)
  • Able to read and speak English to follow safety instructions and communicate with the team
  • A strong work ethic, great attitude, and willingness to learn
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions
  • A Class 5 driver's license and experience driving a truck/trailer is an asset
