What You'll Do

  • Prepare, issue, and track client invoices; follow up on payments and vendor accounts.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with project budgeting and reporting.
  • Process subcontractor requisitions, invoices, and payments in line with project schedules.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers to resolve billing and documentation issues.
  • Support project teams with contracts, proposals, additional service requests, and closeout documents.
  • Assist with project setup, scheduling, and internal coordination meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document control and record management.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Project Management (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or administration within the design or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting processes and familiarity with project contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while supporting a team environment.
