Location: Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON
Duration: 6-12 Months
Description:
- Must Have Minimum of 10 years of software development experience
- Minimum 5 yrs exp as a support associate
- 2 years of support lead experience, including incident training Major incident management and communication
- Incident Management and problem management
- Change Management and house keeping
- Expert knowledge of Client - Server architecture, certificate and password management and maintaining webservices Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- ITIL certification mandatory
- 5 years' experience in the Java .NET Stack app support and SQL
- Excellent proficiency with Oracle and SQL
- Experience with Dynatrace, ELK, and PagerDuty
