Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at our shop in our new shop located in Stone Road Mall. The team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and according to the policies and guidelines of the company. You will guide the staff; however, you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment.   

This permanent full-time position requires availability for all types of shifts (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).  It is recommended to apply in person.

Passionate about chocolate and have leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry 
Self-motivated and driven for results, enthusiastic about selling a quality product 
Dedicated to providing a great customer experience 
Energetic and enjoy meeting new people 
Excited about working with a team, building a career and growing within Purdys Chocolatier 
Available for all types of shifts. 
Candidates must be able to work full time on an ongoing basis, as this is a permanent role. This role is not suitable for someone who's availability may change in the near future.
