Overview

Precision Property Care Inc. is hiring a full-time Route Lead for specialized cleaning jobs (commercial, residential, duct cleaning, exterior services, and deep cleaning), support specialized cleaning helper on assigned to route, and support business development. $28–$31/hr + commission (earn a % of job value on closed leads over $800 before taxes). Must have a clean full G license (no tickets/accidents) and clear criminal history. Work across Grey/Bruce & Collingwood; weekly split of field + sales varies by season and bookings.

The Role (Split Responsibilities)

This role includes a mix of:

• Route Lead hours on the truck/job sites
• Business development / sales support hours

Your schedule will vary depending on season and workload, but the goal is to bring on a strong leader who's comfortable doing the work alongside a Specialized Cleaning Helper, supporting the helpers training and development, and contributing to business development as needed.

What You'll Be Doing

On the Job Site (Route Lead)

• Lead a route on specialized cleaning jobs (quality, safety, efficiency)
• Deliver exceptional cleaning services using state-of-the-art equipment
• Perform specialized cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, commercial cleaning, kitchen hood exhaust cleaning, duct cleaning, etc
• Work safely at heights using ladders and equipment
• Navigate and work effectively in confined spaces
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in both residential and commercial settings
• Work with biodegradable, environmentally-friendly cleaning solutions
• Contribute to our emergency cleaning response team
• Ensure customer satisfaction through attention to detail and professional service
• Communicate job plan clearly to the team before and during the job
• Ensure work meets our quality standards before leaving site
• Troubleshoot issues and make real-time decisions when conditions change
• Maintain a professional, calm presence with customers on-site
• Complete job documentation/photos/checklists as required

Training & Leadership

• Help coach Specialized Cleaning Helpers on your route
• Reinforce best practices, safety procedures, and customer service standards
• Give clear feedback and help the team improve performance
• Set the tone for professionalism, pace, and attention to detail

Business Development / Sales

• Be comfortable talking with customers and identifying opportunities
• Support quoting/upselling where appropriate (without being pushy)
• Help generate new leads through relationship-building, referrals, and outreach
• Represent the company professionally in the community and with partners
• Earn commission on new sales you bring in

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Valid Full G driver's license + clean driving record
• Clear criminal history
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable working:
• at heights / on ladders
• outdoors in seasonal conditions
• in confined spaces (when required)
• Strong communication skills (English)
• Reliable transportation to/from meeting points (as applicable)

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

· Experience in exterior cleaning, restoration cleaning, commercial cleaning, or similar

• Experience with quoting, upselling, or relationship-based sales
• Any safety certifications (Working at Heights, WHMIS, etc.)
