As a Proposal Writer (NOC 51112), you will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and delivering persuasive, accurate, and compliant proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other client requests. This role requires a combination of strong writing skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while collaborating with multiple departments. This is a full time position and will be based out of our Abbottsford, BC office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, edit, and proofread proposal documents to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and create compelling proposal content.
  • Review and interpret bid documents, identifying deliverables, timelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Organize and maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and support documentation.
  • Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Participate in strategy sessions to refine proposal messaging and win themes.
  • Ensure that all proposal materials follow company branding, style, and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a clear understanding of priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and constructively across multiple departments.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle a variety of complex projects at the same time.
  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with multiple and competing deadlines.
  • Previous experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or related work strongly preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, Business or International Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in proposal writing or similar role.
