Explore your next role:

As a key member of the Material Control team, the AMT Repair & Overhaul Report Administrator will report to the Manager, Material Control, and will be responsible for processing, routing, and inputting Aeronautical Products into the system for Repair & Overhaul (R&O), maintaining inventory reports, and communicating, organizing, and routing processed parts to specific locations for other departments.

Your responsibilities:

  • Process and route unserviceable parts into R&O and deface and scrap unserviceable parts upon request. 
  • Liaise with different departments over processing URGENT and AOG parts and parts housed in R&O area.  
  • Use Pull List to maintain and request purchase of specific parts for YYB and Airways Bases based on minimum/maximum requirements. 
  • Review and ensure issued parts follow protocols and have correct classifications.  
  • Complete rep-out of unserviceable material for various base inventories, Base Inventory location and other reports as required.
  • Generate Expired Parts/Calibrated Tools reports for all inventories and update location and condition of parts as they expire.   
  • Transfer parts physically and electronically to assigned locations. 
  • Receive items into inventory and input information electronically, ensuring inventory is accurate and organized of aviation parts and tools. Maintain inventory stock levels and procure stock based on visual counts, reports, and requests. 
  • Maintain organization of the staging area and R&O holding area.  
  • Order shipping supplies and maintain safety supplies for Material Control department and Company. 
  • Observe Voyageur's safety practices and procedures and comply with all company policies and regulatory requirements. 

Your Distinctive Ingredients for Success:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. 
  • Receiving Inspector authorization is an asset.  
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.  
  • Proven computer skills with an emphasis on MS Office Suite and WinAir. 
  • Complete tasks accurately and efficiently with high attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to identify solutions. 
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to multitask.

You must be legally eligible to work for a Canadian company (e.g., be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or possess a valid work permit) and provide a clear Criminal Background Check.
