Position: Part/Time Animal Care Attendant

Pay: $15.00 to start after probation $17.00 an hour room to grow.

Start Time: ASAP

Details: Our animal care attendants are responsible for ensuring the animals in our care have all their needs met.

Duties include but are not limited to :

Cleaning, Handling animals interacting with the public, training animals and providing enrichment, more cleaning, reliable transport Is a must

  • Experience in animal handling is an asset.
  • Knowledge on basic animal needs is required.
  • Must be able to work 6:30-6pm (m-f) 8am-6pm (s-s)
  • Must have a flexible schedule.

Successful applicants would be punctual, fast learners, problem solvers, able to work independently, able to work in a fast paced environment and a team player.

Please note that this is both a physically and mentally demanding job.

Candidate would be need to commit for 6 month min, since we would be training.

Must be able to provide 2 references.
