Position Information
The Ottawa Hospital Rehabilitation Centre Prosthetic and Orthotic Department is looking for a Certified Orthotist or Orthotic Resident to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. Applications from Orthotic Residents will also be considered. Orthotic Residents are encouraged to apply.
Rotation/Shifts
Days, 8 hour shifts.

Basic Requirements
- Certified in Orthotics from the Canadian Board for Certification of Prosthetists and Orthotists (CBCPO) and member of Orthotics Prosthetics Canada (OPC);
- Proven ability in working effectively with all members of the Health Care team;
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three (3) years experience with both upper and lower extremity orthotic devices;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
