We're a residential contractor based in Perth, ON, specializing in custom homes, framing, and ICF construction. We're currently looking for a hands-on Carpenter Foreman to lead a crew on exciting, high-quality custom home builds and other residential construction projects in the surrounding area.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and work alongside a small crew on framing and ICF construction projects
• Read and interpret construction plans and ensure work is done accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate daily tasks and keep jobs running smoothly on-site
• Maintain high standards of quality workmanship and site safety

What We're Looking For

• Experience in residential framing and construction
• Proven ability to lead a crew and manage on-site tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, professional, and brings a positive attitude to the job
• Must have your own transportation to job sites
