About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic team in Montreal. This engagement offering the opportunity to work on large-scale Salesforce implementations in a collaborative environment. The role requires a proactive developer who can contribute immediately and help drive high-impact digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain front-end components and interfaces for Salesforce applications.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Salesforce developers, and business analysts to translate user requirements into responsive, scalable interfaces.
  • Optimize application performance, usability, and accessibility.
  • Ensure seamless integration with Salesforce back-end and other enterprise systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
  • Support ongoing development, testing, and deployment activities within agile sprints.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of front-end development experience, including advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (e.g., LWC, React, or Angular).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, especially with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and component-based architecture.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, data models, and security models.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud or other Salesforce Clouds.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid model: In-office presence required once every two weeks in Montreal.
  • Collaborative and bilingual work environment; ability to communicate fluently in both French and English is mandatory.
