RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sets up banquet areas in a variety of arrangements including classroom, theatre, boardroom, ballroom, or U-shape.
• Revise setups to satisfy last minute changes and/or add flare to standard setups.
• Provide ice water, coffee service, or luncheons to banquet rooms.
• Take down a variety of setups and store tables, chairs, and other equipment in storage areas.
• Act as Banquet Server to reduce workload or meet the deadlines of the department.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• A self-starter and team player.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Shift flexibility, able to work variable hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

• This is a seasonal position from May - End of October.
