Key Responsibilities
  • Performs routine maintenance and repair duties related to buildings and fitness equipment
  • Performs basic mechanical and electrical to equipment and systems
  • Performs basic drywall duties including boarding, mudding, taping and sanding
  • Maintains the general physical appearance of the buildings and grounds which may include landscaping and snow clearing when required
  • Completes general plumbing repairs, such as leaky taps, replaced and/or repair plugged toilets, drains, etc.
  • Documents any repair maintenance and inspection work carried out in the specified format
  • Completes all maintenance requests in a timely manner

Qualifications
  • Class 5 driver's license and able to commute around Vancouver, Port Coquitlam and Langley as needed
  • Electrical and plumbing experience is an asset
  • A provincial, other vocational, and/or professional certificate/degree is an asset
  • Able to perform physical duties, including able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable, and a team player

Compensación: $ $22.00 per hour
