Job Summary

Full Time and On-Call/Part-Time Concierge Needed for Downtown Residential Towers.

Job description:

Welcome and acknowledge all residents according to building standards. Assist residents with their day to day needs and their inquiries. Follow policies and procedures, ensure personal appearance are clean and professional. Each interaction must be professional, personal and using clear and professional language. Answer telephone using appropriate etiquette and customer service. Must be computer literate and familiar with basic data entry and good phone and email etiquette. Ideal candidate may have previously worked as Residential Concierge, Hotel Concierge, Receptionist, in General Hospitality. Full-time employees qualify for for extended Medical Benefits package after successful end of 3 month probation.

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience with buildings is desirable but not a must.
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly,
  • Be well spoken, well presented and organized
  • Computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • Excellent attention to details and multi - tasking.
  • Strong people skills, willingness to work as a team

Salary: $18.50 to $23.00 /hour

During 3 month probation period starting hourly wage is slightly less.
