2026 Summer Sales Intern - Vantage

Windsor/Chatam, ON

Monday–Saturday, ~48 hours/week.

We're expanding our door-to-door sales team in Windsor for the upcoming season.

Live RENT-FREE All Summer

Students working with Vantage, Windsor from May to August live rent-free in a fully furnished, brand new modern housing, which is completely paid for by the company.

The Reality

This is a
commission-based
role. No base pay, no guarantees. Just a straightforward system where your
results determine what you earn
. Top performers do extremely well. People who struggle with consistency usually don't last long.

The work itself is simple, but not easy:

You'll be working long days, dealing with rejection, and staying consistent when motivation dips or the weather isn't great. The people who succeed here aren't the loudest, they're the ones who show up every day and take ownership of their numbers.

For the right person, seasonal earnings typically range well into the five and six figures, with no cap for strong performers. Just as valuable, you leave the season with real sales skill, confidence under pressure, and proof you can execute over time.
