Purpose:

Responsible for leading a high-performance loan operations team that delivers exceptional administrative services for corporate credit facilities across various banking units. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and robust risk management.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

Team Leadership and Performance:

Assist in developing a customer-centric team, driving productivity, operational efficiency, and professional growthAssist the manager in managing team performance, staffing, and work volume, providing weekly reporting to senior managementCoach and mentor junior / new team members to enhance individual and collective capabilities

Operational Management:

Administer loan information for syndicated and direct lending dealsVerify financial limits, ensure calculation accuracy, and manage fund disbursementsValidate adherence to loan documentation terms, including pricing, conditions, and limitsCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues

Risk and Compliance:

Implement and maintain rigorous operational controlsEnsure compliance with:Operational Risk Management FrameworkRegulatory Compliance Risk Management FrameworkAML/ATF Global HandbookOrganizational Conduct GuidelinesProactively identify and escalate policy exceptions

Systems and Technical Expertise:

Develop comprehensive knowledge of loan platforms (ACBS, Loan IQ)Ensure accurate accounting entries and system integrationsSupport special projects and complex operational challenges

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fieldExperience in Corporate Lending Services:Syndicated loansTerm loansRevolving credit facilitiesWorking capital loansAsset-based lendingAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
