Job Description: Under the direction of the Primary Health Care (PHC) Manager, the Wound Resource Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing services related to wound management to urban and rural PHC clients within the Regina Service Area of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

  • Minimum of two (2) years recent related nursing experience is required.
  • Community nursing experience is an asset.

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)
  • Nursing diploma is acceptable

Other Information

  • This is a community based position providing services in clinic and home settings.  Travel required to various community settings within the Primary Health Care Networks (Regina). Home base for this position is 1504 Albert St.
  • Willing to Travel to rural areas as assigned. Travel allowance provided.
