Northern Lite has over 30-years of experience in building the lightest and highest-quality 4-season truck campers; we are known throughout the RV industry for quality and our personal care approach to customer service.

We are currently recruiting for new members to join our manufacturing team. We manufacture our units from end-to-end, so there is a wide range of roles/skills on our floor. Some experience is preferred, but not necessary (we will train you). The following is an overview of the core skills involved in manufacturing our units and what the team is collectively responsible for:

  • Fiberglass
  • Carpentry / Cabinetry
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Gas
  • Appliance Install
  • Caulking/Sealing
  • Fiberglass Repair
  • Cleaning / Detailing

Starting wage $21.00 per hour + Weekly Production Bonus + Monthly Attendance Bonus; Benefits - Immediate start
