Job Overview
Wildflower Yoga & Strength is a women-centered studio rooted in the values of yoga: presence, respect, and sustainability. What began as a yoga studio has evolved to include small group strength training and one-on-one coaching that supports women's health, resilience, and healthy aging.
Our gym facility is never open to the public. Every session is guided, intentional, and relational. Clients come to Wildflower because they want to feel safe, understood, and supported—not pushed, compared, or judged.
We are a stable, collaborative team and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us over time.
The Role
We are seeking a Personal Trainer to work with women in small group and one-on-one settings. This role is ideal for a trainer who values connection, clear communication, and long-term client relationships.
You will support women across many life stages, including those navigating hormonal changes, rebuilding strength, or returning to movement after injury or time away from exercise.
Responsibilities
Lead small group strength training sessions in a calm, attentive manner
Provide one-on-one personal training tailored to individual needs and life stages
Offer clear cueing, regressions, and progressions with safety as a priority
Create a welcoming, non-competitive environment where clients feel at ease
Collaborate with a team of yoga teachers and strength coaches
Maintain a respectful, grounded presence within the studio
Who This Role Is For

Are a certified personal trainer (recognized certification required)
Have experience or a strong interest in women's health, healthy aging, and strength training for longevity
Are comfortable working closely with women in supportive, relationship-based settings
