About the Role

As a Senior Commercial Account Manager, you'll manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, including larger and more complex accounts. You will work closely with producers and carriers to provide tailored insurance solutions, ensure client satisfaction, and support account growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts, including complex client needs

· Handle policy endorsements, renewals, certificates, audits, and coverage reviews

· Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients

· Collaborate with producers to market new and renewal business

· Communicate with carriers to secure appropriate coverage solutions

· Maintain accurate client records within the brokerage management system

· Ensure compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements

· Proactively support account retention and client satisfaction

Qualifications

· years of commercial lines insurance experience

· Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)

· Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages

· Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Experience with brokerage management systems a plus
