Role & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking motivated and talented student to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to advancing engineering science within the scope of bulk materials handling. We are looking for a candidate who is currently enrolled in one of the following programs at an Ontario College or University:

• Bachelor of Social Science
• Bachelor of Arts
• Business Administration

Here are some of the things youll be working on:

Office Admin Tasks (50%):

• Monitoring and organizing office supply closet
• Ordering office supplies
• Acting as a backup for reception
• Collecting mail and delivering inter-office mail
• Receiving parcels at reception
• Stocking the Boathouse
• Light organization of shipping area (ie. Breaking down cardboard boxes)
• Organizing company vehicle maintenance
• Support with company events

Quality Management Office/Analytical Tasks (50%):

• Creating a Document Matrix
• Populate data cards
• Blue book archiving / Scanning
• Research publications on QMS for new versions
• Update QMS list accordingly
• Update CD & amp; Pamphlet listings
• Remove historical drawings
• Support the R&D team in developing analytical models and simulations.
• 707 Blue books
• Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in one of the specified programs out lined above
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
