Dixie Toyota is looking for a Product Presenter. (Delivery Specialist/Support to Sales Team) This role functions as part of a dynamic team that is a support to our sales team. We're looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual who enjoys providing an exceptional customer experience.

(This is not a commissioned sales representative role)

In this role you will:

  • Respond to customer's inquiries by phone, email and in person
  • Deliver high quality, professional and accurate presentations of new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Assist customers during the delivery process of the vehicle they have purchased
  • Basic data entry related to customers and vehicles
  • Participate in individual and collaborative continuous training and improvements
  • Have opportunities for growth and development within the automotive industry

You'll also need to have:

  • Valid unrestricted Ontario Class G Driver's License
  • Valid OMVIC license or willingness to obtain
  • Clean Criminal background check
  • Availability for varied shifts during weekdays and Saturdays
