Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Loader to execute data load activities into SAP systems using LSMW or SAP ABAP programs as part of a large-scale data migration initiative. The role involves close collaboration with Data Leads and technical teams to ensure successful load execution, issue resolution, and post-load validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute data load activities into SAP systems using LSMW, BDC, or custom ABAP load programs as per approved technical designs.
  • Review error logs in collaboration with Data Leads, identify issues, and perform data corrections or reloads as needed.
  • Extract data post-load for business validation and reconciliation between legacy and target systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness across all load cycles (mock and production).
  • Maintain detailed documentation for load logs, error tracking, and data correction activities.
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to support successful data load and validation cycles.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–4 years of experience in SAP data loading and data migration projects.
  • Hands-on experience with LSMW, BDC, or custom SAP ABAP load programs.
  • Familiarity with SAP master and transactional data objects (e.g., Material Master, Vendor, Customer, GL, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of error log analysis, data correction, and reloading procedures.
  • Experience in data extraction and validation for post-load business verification.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and collaboration capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to SAP ECC or S/4HANA migration projects.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, SQL, or data profiling tools for validation support.
  • Experience working in mock load and cutover phases.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $70.00-$80.00 per hour
