Job Summary:

Norden Seal Windows, a rapidly expanding company, is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in Regina. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct on-site estimates and prepare quotes using our internal tools
  • Follow up on estimates and close sales
  • Deliver professional sales presentations and product demos
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize deals
  • Monitor market trends and contribute to growth strategies
  • Provide after-sales support and gather customer feedback
  • Work independently and efficiently manage your time

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of outside sales experience (required)
  • Strong business development, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation to succeed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed

Location: Regina, SK

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with flexible working hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,500.00-$121,562.48 per year
