Their adorable 16-month-old daughter is cared for in a home that values attachment-based parenting, healthy boundaries, and a no-screen environment.

About the Role

The family is looking for someone whose values align with theirs, someone who genuinely loves children and can provide both nurturing care and gentle opportunities for independence. The ideal candidate will have strong situational awareness, support safety while encouraging confidence, and take initiative to help ease the family's daily routine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive childcare and supervision (Toddler experience required)
  • Prepare healthy meals for the child and family
  • Safely drive the child to outings and activities
  • Maintain flexibility for occasional weekend travel

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of childcare experience with verifiable Canadian references
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Experienced driver with a clean driving record
  • Enjoys the outdoors and has an adventurous, positive spirit

Schedule

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Compensation

  • $24–$26 per hour

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
