We are seeking a Senior Coordinator, Signature Lotteries to play a critical hands-on role in the execution of our most high-profile lottery programs. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, problem-solve in real time, and move things forward with minimal oversight.

Signature Lotteries are among our most visible and impactful fundraising initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring our programs are executed with excellence — delivering seamless experiences for supporters while supporting significant revenue for our cause.

This role is ideal for an experienced coordinator (2–5+ years) with a background in events, marketing, or complex program delivery who is ready to operate with greater autonomy and accountability.

You will work closely with the Senior Director, Signature Lotteries, and will be relied upon as a trusted execution partner - particularly during periods where timelines are tight and decisions need to be made quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Lottery Events & Supporter Experience

  • Lead the coordination and delivery of Signature Lottery events, including:
    • Deadline days
    • Launch event
    • Membership and Winner days
    • Live media remotes
  • Ensure a polished, elevated supporter experience by overseeing:
    • Invitations and guest coordination
    • Catering and vendor management
    • Speakers, presenters, and on-site logistics
  • Act as a point person on event days, managing issues as they arise and making real-time decisions to keep events running smoothly
  • Some travel across Ontario to support in-person events and lottery activities

Media & Communications Support

  • Develop clear, well-structured media briefs and spokesperson briefing packages to support lottery announcements and events
  • Coordinate with internal communications and marketing partners to ensure alignment and readiness
  • Prepare and work with internal teams to distribute media releases for media partners for launch, deadlines, milestones and winner announcements

Program, Licensing & Operations

  • Support the development and upkeep of lottery program templates, timelines, and execution tools
  • Prepare and submit AGCO licensing applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Coordinate prize procurement (excluding real estate), including vendor coordination, tracking, and documentation
  • Provide day-to-day coordination across multiple lottery initiatives, anticipating needs and flagging risks early
Qualifications

Who You Are

  • You are a take-charge executor -  when something needs to get done, you figure it out
  • You are comfortable making decisions, especially when plans change or timelines compress
  • You bring structure to complexity and stay calm under pressure
  • You take pride in details, but you also understand the bigger picture
  • You communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams, vendors, and partners
  • You are energized by being on the ground — events, logistics, timelines, and problem-solving are where you do your best work

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing, fundraising, or program operations
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities at once
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly for briefing materials and operational documentation
  • Experience working with external vendors and internal stakeholders
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a car (Ontario travel required)

Working Conditions

  • This role requires periodic work outside of standard business hours, particularly around lottery launches, deadline days, and events
  • Some travel within Ontario is required, including occasional early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
