Role Description
This is a full-time or fractional remote role for a Strategic Advisor. The Strategic Advisor will collaborate closely with the executive team to create and implement strategies for scaling the company from $2M to $10M+ ARR. Key responsibilities include developing and refining business strategies, advising on market positioning, optimizing operations, leading project management initiatives, and providing actionable insights. The role involves conducting market analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring sustainable growth through effective execution.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and identifying strategic opportunities
- Experience in Consulting and managing client relationships effectively
- Proven expertise in Executive Management with a focus on business growth and leadership
- Proficiency in Project Management and overseeing operational initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of Strategic Planning to scale business revenue and drive organizational success
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in scaling companies or startups is highly desirable
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
