Location
This is a hybrid position. You must be in the Ottawa, Canada office, at least three days a week.
About the Team
Our team operates within the Global Partner Organization at Kinaxis, driving strategic programs that strengthen partnerships and accelerate growth. We focus on building and executing go-to-market strategies, enabling partner ecosystems, and delivering measurable business outcomes through collaboration both internally within Kinaxis and externally with Partners.
We are looking for an analytical and proactive intern to support our Global Partnership Organization (GPO). This intern will work closely with our partner managers and cross-functional teams to manage partnership pipeline, track progress, manage data, organize meetings, and prepare executive-ready materials. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic partnerships, B2B technology, and enterprise go-to-market execution.
This is a full-time, 8-month position, starting January 2026.
To be eligible for a Co-op or Intern position at Kinaxis, you must either be currently enrolled in full-time education or, if you are a recent/upcoming graduate, your graduation date must be within 12 months of the placement end date.
What you will do
- Support partner managers with project tracking, follow-ups, pipeline management, and relationship documentation
- Create partner-facing and executive-facing presentations and reports
- Collaborate with other business units like sales, finance, product, etc., to strengthen growth of Kinaxis and our partners
- Analyze data and create reports to provide strategic insights for sound decision-making
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, prepping agendas, and taking concise, actionable notes
- Help evolve and maintain internal documentation, dashboards, and knowledge bases
- May assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
What we are looking for
- Pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for technology and its application to solve business problems
- A self-starter with strong initiative
- A natural curiosity with a passion for learning and contributing to a growing global partnerships function
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently in a hybrid setting, at least 3 days a week from Kinaxis Headquarters in Ottawa
