Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine treatment plans based on individual health needs
  • Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile needles with precision and care
  • Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and related holistic therapies
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment approaches
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly for optimal outcomes
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients during sessions
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in acupuncture techniques and holistic health practices

Experience

  • Proven experience as an Acupuncturist in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
  • Strong background in patient care with excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to holistic health and acupuncture practices
  • Prior experience working within hospital environments is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Certification or licensing as an Acupuncturist required in accordance with state regulations
