Our Challenge:

Join our dynamic team to architect, develop, and optimize data integration solutions that enable our banking and financial services clients to make data-driven decisions. Leverage your expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to streamline complex data workflows, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL solutions using SSIS to support banking and financial data needs.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure high data quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data flow issues, optimizing performance for large datasets.
• Implement data security and compliance measures in accordance with industry regulations.
• Document ETL processes, data mappings, and technical procedures thoroughly.
• Support data migration activities and integration of disparate banking/financial systems.
• Coordinate with database administrators and infrastructure teams for deployment and environment management.
• Stay updated with advancements in data integration tools and best practices within the financial sector.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data integration using SSIS, with a minimum of 4 years in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong proficiency in T-SQL, SQL Server, and relational database concepts.
• Experience working with banking data standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with large-scale data warehousing and business intelligence solutions.
• Solid understanding of financial data schemas and transactional systems.
• Knowledge of other ETL tools and scripting languages is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, SQL Server certifications) are preferred.
