Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and personable Eyelash Specialist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have experience with eyelash extensions and a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, performing eyelash extension applications, and assisting with retail sales to create a luxurious experience for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
  • Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and enhancements
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas
  • Assist clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments, and managing client records
  • Promote retail products related to eyelash care and beauty enhancements through upselling techniques
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback
  • Educate clients on aftercare instructions to ensure long-lasting results
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest eyelash extension trends, techniques, and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in eyelash extensions application is required
  • Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Effective communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
  • Certification in eyelash extensions is MANDATORY
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality service
