• Accurately pick production orders for on-site manufacturing
• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity
• Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
• Continually seek Continuous Improvement opportunities
• Follow instructions and regulations for fire safety and risk avoidance
• Observe instructions and regulations relating to environmental protection when carrying out assigned duties
• Maintain accurate documentation of picked orders and completed tasks
• Assist in training new team members on proper picking procedures and safety protocols
• Employee must notify supervisor of any deviations
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality control standards
• Other duties as required

• High School Diploma (OSSGD) or equivalent
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• 1 - 3 years of Warehousing experience
• Forklift experience is an asset 
• Computer Literate, SAP experience an asset.
• Self motivated, punctual, versatile and maintains a positive attitude
• Detail oriented, excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills
• Capable of working with minimal supervision

The successful candidate must be willing to work the day shift (7 AM - 3:18 PM) or the afternoon shift (3:00 - 11:18 PM) based on business needs.
