  4. Menu Knowledge: Have thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and any items not available, and be able to make recommendations.

  5. **Customer Interaction:** Check on customers periodically to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and service.

  6. **Billing:** Prepare and present bills, accept payments, and return change or credit card slips.

  7. **Cleanliness:** Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.

  8. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other staff members, including kitchen staff and other servers, to ensure efficient service.

  9. **Problem Resolution:** Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

  10. **Compliance:** Adhere to all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications:
