MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· A Child and Youth Worker Diploma, or alternative Diploma or Degree which is determined to be equivalent by the Agency.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
· Experience in the delivery of mental health intervention with children, youth, and families.
· Experience with children and youth who experience behavioral, emotional, and social difficulties.
· Experience with therapeutic modalities and evidence based/evidence informed practice.
MINIMUM SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Excellent assessment, verbal, and written communication skills.
· Interpersonal skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
· Reflection and commitment to continuous learning.
· Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle necessary for travel to conduct job duties.
