Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hot Tub Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of hot tubs and related equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with power and hand tools, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Install hot tubs according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on hot tubs to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues related to hot tubs and their components.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for installation and repair tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed on each unit.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including garden irrigation and digging.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

License/Certification:

• Class G2 License or higher

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in building and maintaining equipment.
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is essential for the role.
• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
