Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Corporate Paralegal located in Vancouver, BC with the possibility for the right person to WFH one day per week if preferred. The Senior Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and assisting in the communication of legal matters with clients and internal teams. This role will involve day-to-day tasks that include the supervision, coordination and management of corporate records clerks and acting as a mentor to junior paralegals, monitoring regulatory filings, and supporting lawyers with various corporate transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Corporate Law and Legal Document Preparation
  • Proficient in Research and Document Review
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment in Vancouver, BC
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Relevant paralegal certification or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Desire to mentor Junior corporate paralegals and clerks
