Shift Schedule:   Day / Evening 

Shift Times: :00 - 15:15 / 15:00 - 23: hour shifts)

We're looking for compassionate, skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are passionate about providing quality, person-centered care and being part of a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do
  • Provide safe, resident-focused nursing care in accordance with BCCNM standards.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments per clinical standards and Village policy.
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to the RN and care team.
  • Support and mentor care staff while fostering teamwork and respect.
  • Document care and maintain accurate, timely records.
  • Participate in safety initiatives, staff education, and quality improvement efforts.
What You Bring
  • Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses.
  • Current full practicing licensure with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.

About Joseph Creek Village

At Joseph Creek Village, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional environments – for both residents and staff. Located along Joseph Creek and a short walk from Tamarack Mall, our Village features 102 long-term care suites, 28 assisted living suites, and 91 independent living suites arranged in small-neighbourhood layouts that promote connection and efficient care.

As part of our team, nurses benefit from neighbourhood-based nursing stations, multiple medication rooms, and nearby support spaces within our recently renovated long-term care community. Staff also have access to dedicated spaces along our Main Street for restorative breaks.
