Wild Flour Pizza Co is a sourdough pizza shop passionate about crafting quality, flavor, and consistency. Our Central Abbotsford location marks the third chapter of our growing journey, following the success of our first store in North Burnaby and our second in Langley.
At Wild Flour Pizza Co, every pizza starts with our signature house-made sourdough crust-fermented naturally for depth, texture, and taste. We take pride in preparing most of our ingredients from scratch, ensuring every bite reflects the care and craft we put into our food. From our dough and sauces to fresh toppings and careful cooking, our goal is simple: to serve consistently delicious pizzas that bring people together.
Now, we are looking to hire a full-time / part-time team member.
Who we are looking for,
We are looking for Kitchen staffs / pizza cooks with customer service skills to be a part of this new and exciting pizza concept. Experience is an asset but we can teach anyone with an openness to learn, a positive attitude and can thrive in fast-paced environments. We value applicants who understands a strong sense of urgency, while maintaining a lot of care and focus in their work.
We value a positive and constructive kitchen culture where mistakes are opportunities to learn. There is a lot of room to move up in responsibility if you desire.
What We're Offering:
- Become a part of a new and exciting concept serving high quality sourdough pizzas,
- 30-40 hours/week for full-time, and 18-24 hours/week for part time,
- Opportunities to advance in the company,
- Starting hourly wage between $17.85/hr - $23/hr depending on experience,
- Additional tip share paid biweekly.
Duties:
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as, mushrooms, onions, and meats,
- Prepare high-quality pizzas according to company recipes,
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment to cook pizzas to perfection,
- Maintain cleanliness and organization,
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment,
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations,
Take Customer's orders in person, over phone and other delivery platforms,
Manage all food order slips and ensuring that customers' orders are completed in a timely manner.
