Overview

We are a a family-owned and operated business in Ontario, seek an enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our close-knit team. We prioritize personalized patient care, community involvement, and continuity with familiar staff for long-term relationships. Available Monday to Thursday, full-time or part-time schedules welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages, including pediatric cases
  • Conduct various dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and cosmetic treatments
  • Maintain accurate patient records using tracker software
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote overall dental health
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance patient care quality
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including infection control procedures and OSHA regulations

Experience/Skills

  • 3+ years clinical experience with Canadian/North American dental diploma
  • Familiarity with tracker software is a must
  • Experience providing pediatric dentistry services is a plus
  • Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental care is essential
  • Hands-on experience with CAD systems for restorative procedures is highly desirable
  • Prior experience in cosmetic dentistry or orthodontics is advantageous but not required
  • Enthusiastic, patient-focused, with excellent communication skills.
