As a Supervised Instructor Therapist (ABA) on our team, you are an integral part of our specialized services for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities. Job Type: Part-time. Hourly. 

Salary: From $21-24/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:45AM - 6:45PM EST; Saturday, 8AM - 1PM EST   

Take an inside look at what you will do each day:

  • Prepare and conduct comprehensive (intensive) ABA therapy sessions
  • Collect and graph data
  • Maintain client binders and materials
  • Maintain daily written communication logs with family and other staff
  • Demonstrate therapy sessions to families and other professionals as required
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
  • Uphold Centre policies and procedures
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, online courses, etc. as set out by Monarch House
  • Attend Monarch House social and public events

Here is what you will need to be successful

  • Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to complete training for RBT certification (within 3 mos.)
  • Willing to complete Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
  • Must be open to 2-3 evening shifts a week
