Your impact 

As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you'll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will: 


•    Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.


•    Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.


•    Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).


•    Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.


•    Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.


•    Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.


•    Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.

Above all, you are driven to grow – both professionally and personally. Key skills and qualifications include: 


•    Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.


•    Professional liability insurance (as required).


•    Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.


•    Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.


•    1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply).


•    Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
