Job Summary:The Intermediate Clerical Support will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the office staff, as well as coordinate with and assist junior clerical staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with project management software.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with and assist junior clerical staffPrepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documentsMaintain electronic and paper files and recordsEnter data into project management software and other databases as neededSchedule appointments and meetings as requestedAssist with the organization of project materials and suppliesPerform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxingOrder and maintain office supplies if requiredAssist with office logistics, including coordinating meetings and eventsAssist accounting with billing and invoice managementOther duties as assigned by office managementQualifications:Associate's Degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience3-5 years of relevant work experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with project management softwareExperience with Deltek Vision or Newforma is an assetStrong organizational and communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and willingness to learnKnowledge of basic office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners Internal Job Code: OP-CL-03
Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 / Annually
