Job Summary

The
Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
will work within a
leading financial institution
to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The successful candidate will operate in a
fast-paced, Agile environment
, planning, managing, and leading the delivery of detailed technical and functional specifications aligned with enterprise standards and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, elicit, analyze, document, and manage
    detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
  • Ensure solutions align with
    enterprise standards
    and comply with best practices.
  • Provide
    technical leadership
    and guidance throughout project lifecycles.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of
    4+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
    .
  • Proven knowledge of
    system analysis processes, components, and data flows
    .
  • Experience with system interfaces, data security, and business rule documentation.
  • Degree or diploma in
    Computer Science or related discipline
    .
  • Strong background collaborating between business and technology teams.

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Understanding or application of
    AI tools
    in business processes.
  • Previous work in the
    financial services
    or
    government
    sector.
  • Certifications such as
    CBAP
    or equivalent.
