Details:

Must have skills:

7+ years overall professional experience, including 5+ years creating content for automated customer service voice systems.

Fully bilingual (English/French) with strong conversational and colloquial fluency.

Expertise in writing for voice platforms, including enterprise conversation design and corporate voice script writing.

Strong understanding of voice technologies such as NLP, Gen AI for voice, virtual agents, and chat.

Systems-thinking approach to design for scalable and consistent voice experiences.

Exceptional soft skills, including communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.

Nice to have skills:

Experience designing for AI-supported voice or customer service applications.
