Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are more than a recruiter; you are a steward of our core values and a champion of excellence. Your mission is to source top talent and ensure we hire the best, integrating our values into every aspect of our talent acquisition strategy. 
 
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Your expertise, particularly in technology and professional services, will help shape the future of our talent landscape, and your commitment to excellence will drive our success. 

Key Responsibilities 

Talent Pipeline Architect: Creatively source top-tier talent through diverse channels, ensuring we hire the best and unlocking potential within each candidate for growth within Lantern. Candidate Experience Champion: Share Lantern's story during phone screens, creating connections that go beyond job descriptions. Establish trust and transparency, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Hiring Manager Coach: Guide and coach hiring managers, instilling a sense of ownership throughout the hiring lifecycle. Employment Brand Promoter: Actively promote Lantern's employment brand through social media and networking events, cultivating a growth mindset within our talent community. Candidate Connection Facilitator: Maintain and manage our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), focusing on effective communication and creating an amazing candidate experience. Commit to building strong candidate connections throughout the recruitment process. Talent Business Partner: Provide training and market insights, shaping the future of our talent landscape with your expertise. Team Collaborator: Liaise with People & Culture teams for immigration support and onboarding, enhancing the experience for everyone involved.

Requirements
A minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, specializing in attracting technical professionals within the Microsoft technology ecosystem and professional services.  Master Sourcer: A well-established network of technical professionals built on trust, with the ability to effectively expand it using tools like LinkedIn to reach a broader audience.  Autonomous Worker: Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Adaptable: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a growth mindset. Organized:  Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain a well-organized talent pipeline within our ATS. Relationship Builder:  Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all studios and locations, collaborating with various tiers of management and leadership.  Outstanding Customer Service: Proven ability to manage and maintain strong relationships with multiple hiring managers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the recruitment process. Urgency and Quality: Ability to balance speed and efficiency with hiring the best talent, ensuring high-quality standards in all recruitment ac
