Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday to Thursday (4-on, 3-off schedule)

Wage: $18–$20/hour + production bonuses

Bonus Pay: Biweekly production bonuses typically range from $500–$900 every 2 weeks, depending on output.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Powder Coating Associate, you'll support the finishing process for aluminum components used in our outdoor enclosures. This is a night shift role with four 10-hour shifts per week (Monday–Thursday, 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM), giving you three days off each week. Full training is provided.

You'll help prep, hang, coat, and inspect parts to ensure consistent quality. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to build a stable career with a growing company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prep aluminum parts by cleaning, masking, and hanging them for coating
• Support the powder coating process and assist with daily equipment setup
• Inspect finished parts and flag any defects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Work closely with the Powder Coating Supervisor and teammates to meet production goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who's hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn. Experience is an asset, but we'll train the right person. You should:

• Be able to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Be safety-conscious and detail-oriented
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment
• Be comfortable working in hot or noisy conditions (PPE provided)
• Have a positive attitude and strong attendance
