Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly and installation of electro-mechanical systems
- Support the testing and debugging of electronic components
- Document and report findings to senior technicians and engineers
- Collaborate with team members to improve system efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an engineering or technical program at a post-secondary institution
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Must be a full-time student in a registered co-op program
- Must be available for the Winter 2025 co-op term (beginning of January to end of April)
- Must be able to work from the Giatec office at 5 days per week
