The Opportunity
We're looking for a Product Manager who thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments—someone who's excited to roll up their sleeves, bring structure to ambiguity, and grow with the company. You'll help define what we build next, partner closely with engineering, marketing, and customer success, and ensure we're delivering real value to lenders and consumers alike.
This is an ideal opportunity for a rising PM (2–3 years of experience) who wants to take on broader responsibilities—touching everything from market research to go-to-market strategy—while learning firsthand what it means to scale a product and a company.
What You'll Do
- Drive product discovery and definition: Partner with leadership to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and data-driven insights to inform roadmap priorities.
- Translate vision into execution: Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear requirements for engineering teams.
- Own the roadmap: Help balance customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility to prioritize the right work at the right time.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful launches.
- Connect to customers and the market: Conduct research, gather feedback, and help shape messaging and positioning alongside growth and marketing teams.
- Measure and iterate: Define success metrics, monitor adoption and impact, and continuously refine features to drive better outcomes.
Who You Are
- Experience: 2–3 years in product management or a related role in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or data-driven company.
- Builder mindset: You love shaping something from the ground up. Ambiguity energizes you, not deters you.
- Customer obsessed: You naturally seek to understand user needs and translate them into elegant, impactful solutions.
- Cross-functional collaborator: You're comfortable working with engineers, marketers, and executives alike.
- Curious and data-informed: You ask great questions, rely on data, and stay attuned to industry trends.
- Hands-on and adaptable: You're willing to pitch in beyond your core responsibilities—whether it's crafting product messaging, interviewing customers, or building a dashboard.
Why Join Trust Science
- Shape the future: Play a defining role in building a product and company that's changing how credit is assessed.
- Grow with us: As we scale, your scope, ownership, and career trajectory will grow too.
- Mission-driven culture: Work with a team passionate about improving access to credit for millions.
- Impactful work: See your contributions directly influence product direction and customer success.
