AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $31.89 ou/or $

The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.

Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.

These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements and Nature of Work:

Recherche jurisprudentielle portant sur (1) la discrimination fondée sur les convictions politiques en emploi et (2) la liberté d'expression au travail. Préparation de résumés des décisions. Recherche doctrinale.

Un minimum de trente crédits complétés dans un programme de droit civil. Avoir suivi un cours de droit du travail  et avoir obtenu une note minimale de B+ dans ce cours.
